On August 24th Gillian “Puff” Miller-Thomas of Beech Court died from a brain tumour.  Puff lived in the village for 27 years and was deeply involved in raising funds for the upkeep of the church as well as looking  after the gardens at Beech Court which were regularly open to the public.
